2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before tour departure
• Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee
• No-shows are non-refundable
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

4. Travel Requirements

• Valid passport required for international tours
• Visa requirements are the traveler's responsibility
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended
• Health and fitness requirements vary by tour

5. Liability and Insurance

Indian Travel Tours maintains comprehensive liability insurance. However, travelers are responsible for their own travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemic restrictions.
